Several years ago while I was searching for her sister in Ponce I came across a story about the Salich name!! It was about two brothers who came to Puerto Rico from spain. Both got into a fight one move away to a nearby town and spell his name Salich and the one that stood in Ponce kept the s in Salichs. I was able to find my aunt in Ponce. Salich is an uncommon name that only a handful of people have. Yet some how all are related in some way. It was nice finding this web site. | |
